This week, we’re bringing you yet another way to enjoy apples—this time a little more on the savory side. We’re all a big fan of the classic grilled cheese sandwich, so we decided to mix it up with some fall flair by adding thinly sliced, crisp apples to the mix. Instead of cheddar, we’re using goat cheese, generously spread on honey oat bread. From the first bite of buttery bread, you’ll fall in love with the subtle crunch of walnuts, sweetness of honey and tartness of apples encased in one beautiful fall sandwich.
